Garden Club Structure

Every member of California Garden Clubs, Inc. (CGCI) is a member of a much broader organization. CGCI is the largest member of the national organization named National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC). Because California is so large, the state is broken down into 28 "districts" to facilitate communication and cooperation. Each district is chaired by a "District Director" who is a member of the CGCI Board of Directors. Likewise, the national organization, NGC, is divided into regions. CGCI lies within the Pacific Region of NGC.
